Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Foundation Course

The primary aim of this course is to educate yoga students on Ashtanga Vinyasa “Roga Chikitsa Vibhaga” (Primary Series). They will learn every single pose practically in its ancient form with the reference from Yoga Scriptures and advanced Anatomy & Physiology designed by Indian sages.

In addition to the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, other supporting courses are included, which are listed below. The course will guide to enhance more clarity about Asana and other limbs of yoga. This knowledge will enable the yoga student to be confident in executing self practice and to continue your journey in the quest of the True Self with a Healthy Body and Mind.

The yoga students will be issued a course completion certificate from our yoga school “ASHTANGA YOGATANTRA RESEARCH SCHOOL”. After completing this Foundation course you will be eligible for our Teacher Training Program if you wish to pursue as an Ashtanga yoga teacher.

The programme includes the following classes: Morning Practice as per Class Schedule, Anatomy, Asana and Alignment Class, the Study of the Yoga Sutras, Pranayama, Meditation.

Vedic Astrology Course 


The Hindu Philosophy of life has, in it, an inbuilt need for belief in cycles of births and deaths of all forms of living beings. The said philosophy asks everyone to follow a “do good” and “don’t harm others” approach at all times. It impresses on the need to keep doing good – in actions, in thoughts and in speech (though speech is also an action, emphasis is given separately). This, in addition to withdrawal from worldly desires is the only way to get out of the birth and death cycle and achieve eternal bliss with the SUPREME LORD.

All actions (thoughts and speech included) result in reactions. These reactions are termed as “KARMAPHALAS” – the fruits of action. These can be good or bad depending on the type action. When the net Karmaphala gets to Zero, exit from the birth and death cycle is enabled.

Whether the net Karmaphalas is good or not in this birth is indicated to us via the positions of objects in the cosmos. The method of understanding the positions is the subject of Astrology (Aster+Logic), the logic of stars.
Hindu seers have given the basic guidelines for the same for us to build upon and understand our own nature and attempt to improve our lifestyle thereby enabling us to reach the ultimate goal of exit from the birth/death cycle.

Our complete 40H astrology course is taught by a certified and experienced Vedic Astrology teacher.  The 2-hour classes are held from monday to friday.

In order to access Level 1, it is required to complete Level 1. Please note that Level 2 is optional and not included in the Course fees.

Level 2 is introduction to Medical Astrology(2 weeks optional).

The Life-style errors are the prime source of illness and hence the life-style management is the core source of health and wellness that was the central teaching of classical Ayurveda, now being accepted globally. ‘Swasthya’ is the state of equilibrium of Dosas, Agnis, Dhatus, Malas and body functions alongwith spiritual, sensorial and Mental Well-being, thus encompassing health and wellness in one sweep. Ayurveda defines Mental health as a state of quality wellbeing ie Prasannatmendriya manah with ability to maintain a positive continuum with the Nature ie Loka-Purusa Samya.
